Abstract Submission

Thank you for your interest in submitting an abstract for consideration at the CANCER IMMUNOTHERAPY AND IMMUNOMONITORING Conference. CITIM Conference and exposition is a large event, with about 50 speakers in more than 15 sessions covering a broad range of topics important to tumor immunology professionals. Before submitting your abstract. Please review these important Instructions below.
DEADLINES
Abstract Submission
March 15, 2011
 
 
 
  1. Abstracts must be written in English.
  2. Use 10-point size Ariel font.
  3. Type the entire title first in bold
  4. Include the first author in underlined letters followed by all coauthors and organization information.
  5. Abstract must be typed single-spaced
  6. Abstract must not exceed 500 words. Any graphic elements, such as tables and graphs, must not be included in the body of the abstract.
  7. Use standard abbreviations and symbols and define each abbreviation when it is used for the first time.
  8. Please check your abstract carefully as it will be published as submitted.
  9. Fill in the form below, which can be also loaded into MS Word.
  10. Insert your abstract text in designated space.
  11. Save Abstract Submission Form in MS WORD format and e-mail it to Monica Green greenml@upmc.edu
 
Confirmation, Review and Acceptance

The abstracts will be reviewed by an appropriate CITIM committee. The committee will base the selection on the following criteria: Originality; Status; Technical Content; Benefits and Significance; Quality. Accepted abstracts will be eligible for oral or poster presentations.

Best ABSTRACTS will be selected for special ORAL PRESENTATIONS!

Registration is required.

Poster boards measuring 1 x 1.5 m (portrait) will be available. All accepted abstracts will be published in CITIM Conference Proceeding, which will be distributed to attendees of the conference as well. You will receive information on your acceptance for oral presentation, if selected. Acceptance notifications will be e-mailed with guidelines for presentation on or before March 20, 2011. All correspondence will be sent to the name and address of the person who submitted the abstract form. When inquiring about your submission, please reference the corresponding author’s name and the title of the abstract.
